More Comments at Google MapI was lucky that it was still open when it opened on Saturday evening. I wanted to eat salt-grilled duck, so I ordered it. It's still delicious. Moist. I didn't want to waste any of it, and just when I thought I had eaten it beautifully, the chef gave me a perfect score of 100. The grated radish that came with it was smooth and different from the one I grated, so I asked her about the secret, and she told me that the speed at which it was grated and how to handle the sides of the radish were different. It's educational. The milt ponzu sauce that came with the appetizer was so delicious that I wanted to try other vinegared dishes, so I ordered another one. The vinegared dish with shrimp, octopus, cucumber, wakame, myoga, and onions was so delicious that I ended up drinking all the vinegar. Since the kama is large, I was quite full, but I found the mini bowl series on the menu and had a mini seafood bowl. Although the size is mini, I was impressed by the beautiful looking seafood bowl with plenty of sashimi on it. I was very satisfied this time too. As we were eating and drinking, customers started coming in one after another, so I'm glad we got there early. Below are the previous reviews. The owner is from Saga, so they seem to be able to taste local cuisine, but last time I received a flyer for lunch, and then I ordered Setsubun Ehomaki for takeout, and although it was a bit pricey, the quality was different from the convenience stores. The thickness was completely different, and I was very satisfied with both the taste and size. After that, during the coronavirus pandemic, I took out Nigiri Matsu, and it was the best takeout sushi I've ever had. and. I went to the store today for the first time in a while. I ordered the Otoku set (3,000 yen). It's a great value set that includes two small bowls, one of rose sushi, nigiri plum or seafood bowl, miso soup, and a drink (choose from several soft drinks, beer, or highball). Plus assorted tempura and salt-grilled kama. The sushi and seafood bowl sashimi were delicious. And the arrangement is beautiful. It was my first time to see the tempura batter so beautiful and I was fascinated. The kama is also plump and delicious, with every inch of it being smooth. The owner complimented me and said, ``The fish are happy.'' Each item is carefully made and everything is delicious. A little later than above. Even though I had to make a last-minute request for some nigiri due to an unexpected guest, they made it right away and served it on a clean plate. They don't deliver, so I went to pick it up, but they just happened to have someone to help tonight, so they let me bring it to them. It was quite heavy so I was saved. It was still delicious and the guests were very happy.
No matter what you eat, it's beautiful and delicious😋 I think it's because the owner has a good eye for food and his work is thorough. The story is so interesting that you tend to forget the passage of time. All the regulars are nice people too. I was so absorbed in eating and talking today that I forgot to take pictures😅 Next time I go, I'll take a picture and upload it 😊 As a side note, it's a sushi restaurant, and the ``Unajyu'' is delicious😍
I made a reservation for 10,000 yen (excluding drinks). It's good for those who enjoy snacking while drinking slowly, but those who eat at a fast pace may be concerned about the serving time. Still, I want you to try the food here 🙌 Mackerel sushi, puffer fish sashimi, fried puffer fish, and sashimi platter. There are others, but they were delicious. I would like to go again 🙌
