Buy a sea bream fence and lean tuna, pickle them in mirin and soy sauce, then put them in a 5cm tube of Chinese chives, sesame seeds, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, umami seasoning, and salt. Cut the garlic chives into 1cm pieces. I ate a lot of pickled tuna. Both sea bream and tuna are good! ️ The rest will be tamagoyaki for lunch the next day.
