Sagamihara, Kanagawa, Japan｜Nihonsugi

I came here for the first time today, and even though I don't like liver, it was really delicious! It was like braised pork! The yam steak is also addictive, The staff at the shop were also friendly and easy to talk to!

I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay with a friendly wife and delicious food. Not only the sashimi, but also the rice noodles, which I tried for the first time, were very delicious.

I've eaten delicious food all over the world, but Nihonsugi is the best. My favorites include raw oysters, assorted sashimi, dashimaki tamago, and white shrimp tempura. Both the owner chef and his wife are very impressed.
