It was a wonderful restaurant with an abundance of sake and shochu, delicious sea food including rare fish purchased at the fishing port, and a friendly and cute staff. The sashimi platter includes not only high-quality seafood such as fatty tuna, abalone, and sea urchin, but also fish that I have never seen before, and I was impressed by the wide range of seafood flavors. The dish is made by grilling the deep-sea fish ``Onihige'' in the shape of a namerou, which has a strong flavor that goes well with drinks. The fried horse mackerel, which the host says is ``the smaller the meat, the tastier,'' was crispy and had the perfect amount of salt, so I couldn't stop eating it. And seafood porridge. The soup had plenty of dashi stock, rice, eggs, and so much fish that I wondered if it had that much fish in it.I was very satisfied. The oshinko that I received with the seafood porridge was surprisingly delicious... I will definitely visit you again! !
It's a homely and attentive shop. The food is delicious and I can recommend it ❗️ I used it at a launch for octopus fishing at Kanazawa Fishing Port. I was very satisfied with the delicious taste of freshly caught octopus.
I went there for the first time in about 20 years ~ I enjoyed delicious sashimi and sea urchin as usual. I originally didn't like sea urchin, but Sakaya's sea urchin is sweet and has no smell, so it's very delicious, so I recommend it. The sashimi was very fresh, so it was very delicious. It also has a wide variety of sake, so it is recommended for those who like sake.
