Zushi, Kanagawa, Japan｜Uokatsu

A nice restaurant with a history. It's a family business back from 1945. The owner lady, Kodama-San, speaks English, so we were able to talk. She recommended me the tempura set and a home-made plum juice (I recommend both of them as well! So delicious!). The place is very cosy and stylish at the same time, and I enjoyed my dinner. Definitely recommend! Thank you, I will come again!

2023/5/18 (Thu) I stopped by at the first store on my lunch walk in Zushi. We had some sashimi, tempura, and other dishes, and they were all delicious, and the customer service was very polite, so we had a very satisfying time. Thank you for the meal. I can confidently recommend Uokatsu to my customers (^ ^) Sorry to bother you again.

A friend asked me, ``Do you want to go eat blowfish?'' . Well, I've never been to a restaurant where you can eat blowfish, so I decided to go there. Start with boiled blowfish. It's too artistic! beautiful! And it looks good for the skin)^o^( Did blowfish sashimi taste like this? It's soft yet chewy. . Very delicious ＼(^o^)／Fried food is fluffy! Today, I decided to have grilled milt, which is rare. What is this! Too creamy! ! The pot turns the leftover soup into porridge, so there's no waste and it's delicious⭐︎⭐︎ It seems like a high threshold! The people at the shop were wearing kimonos, and the customers seemed to be rich. . Throb. That's what I thought, but the landlady is friendly so I'm relieved⭐︎ All the pots were divided into plates. Next time I would like to try something other than the blowfish course (^^) It's next to the parking lot!
