Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Uoyoshi

Super fresh fish teishoku (set meal w/ soup, side and rice). They only have about 5 or 6 broiled fish to choose from, but they're all delicious. I tried the shio saba (salted broiled mackerel) and sanma. Place is small so make sure you show up right at opening time or a full hour later.

Very interesting lunch menue, the miso grilled salmon is of special interest, highly recommended! Ambiance is cool and quiet, I suggest to be served at the bar directly if possible, the group room has less charme

A restaurant with a calm atmosphere and a counter. I had the mackerel miso stew set meal. You can choose the amount of rice. The fish is soft and delicious, and if you want to eat a fish set meal in Hiyoshi, this is the place to go.
