[October 2023/Revisit] At 6pm on weekdays, I wanted to eat some delicious sashimi, so I made a last-minute reservation over the phone to secure a seat and visited. Today, we ordered five types of sashimi, which had a wide variety of white fish, and enjoyed the autumn Tsumoto-style white fish festival! Five types of sashimi from 2,750 yen 1.Cyro Maru Grouper Konbu〆 2. Red sea bream & sea bass 3.Black snapper 4. Scallops, octopus, and salmon roe 5. Finest striped horse mackerel For dessert, Chestnut tempura I was very satisfied, delicious and enjoyed it! Sorry to bother you again. [August 2023/Revisit] I visited on the no-sashimi day I had booked last time. Appetizer salad (homemade tuna), soup (I ended up having two bowls!), grilled fish (I chose oysters), fried rice (I chose plenty of shrimp), and the famous Cheetara course. I had a full and satisfying course today as well! Next time, how will you enjoy it? I realized once again that this is a wonderful shop where you can imagine many different ways to enjoy it! Sorry to bother you again. [August 2023/Revisit] It was 6:30pm on a weekday, so I had time on the day, so I checked to see if there were any seats available and visited. Next time I visit, I want to try some shochu, so I order a bottle of shochu. Sashimi has definitely evolved. Umeiro →You can enjoy plum meat and wasabi, and the slightly thinner cut is the perfect balance. It has a bar-like counter and a stylish atmosphere. The inside of the store is not very large, but it is relaxing. The small plates of soy sauce for the sashimi are kept cold, and you can feel the thoughtfulness in everything from the appetizers to the dishes we order. Both the sashimi and meatballs were really delicious.

As everyone has written, the sashimi is delicious. But the most amazing thing is the master's cooking sense. The dashimaki and Karasumi are the best~
