Hayama, Kanagawa, Japan｜まさ吉

I visited in November 2023 and ordered a sashimi set meal (5 items). There were 5 types of sashimi: Kimeji tuna, amberjack, flounder, gurnard, and grilled squid. It also comes with chawanmushi, simmered dishes, miso soup, and pickles. The sashimi looked fresh and very delicious. There were 3 slices each, and the portions were large. It looks like there are about 10 parking spaces, but Masakichi users could only park in "number 5".

My mother and I used it for lunch. The store was also clean and I felt safe. A kind-looking female staff member served us courteously. I am very satisfied with the delicious food served by the skillful chef in a relaxed environment.

From the main dishes to the side dishes, the seasoning was gentle and very delicious. Additionally, the rice was chewy and glossy, and the red miso soup had just the right amount of thickness to complement the side dishes. I was able to fully enjoy the taste of the ingredients without interfering with each individual taste, and the quality was high and I was very satisfied! The staff at the restaurant were very attentive and made us feel comfortable by bringing the menu blackboard to a place where we could easily see it and serving us with a smile. It was a store that I would like to go to again.
