I visited because it was uploaded on Instagram that the scroll menu had become abundant. I entered the store at 19:15 on a weekday Thursday night. There are only two other customers besides our couple. The appetizer is probably boiled Kawasaki vegetables. I didn't expect anything so far, but it changed drastically from one dish! There is nothing to say about the material-flavored “Shirako Ponzu”. I mean, isn't it a lot? I've never heard of "deep-fried radish" what? I thought, but fried radish stewed with oden flavor. It's crunchy and delicious! "Surf clam butter soy sauce" has so many Kawasaki vegetables that it should be written on the menu. A scroll on the subject. "Cream cheese roll on crab, crab miso cream" 980 yen. The sushi rice is moderately warm and very easy to eat. The crunchiness of the accompanying vegetables is also a great supporting role that brings together the relaxed whole. "Fish fritter roll on tartar" 880 yen. Literally lots of tartar! I went on a Thursday night. I had previously enjoyed delicious sake and fish in Hokuriku, and I thought the restaurant here was also really delicious. All of the dishes I ordered were delicious, the location was not too crowded, the young staff were attentive, and the owner was very kind. If you want delicious food and sake, this is the place to go. You really ought to go and see!

The sashimi is a surprising assortment, and the locally grown fresh vegetables are also delicious! We also have a variety of Japanese sake. The manager and all the staff are cute and have wonderful smiles (^_^)v
