Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan｜Marukami Shokudo

One of my go-to restaurants as the prices are reasonable. I really enjoy its local flavour especially the ones in the photos.

I went on Sunday afternoon. It was after 11:00, but there were hardly any customers, so we had a relaxing time. I received the lucky fish set meal (1000 yen), which is a filling lunch set meal. As the menu suggests, there is sashimi, grilled fish, and fried horse mackerel, which will leave you full and satisfied. The taste is delicious, and it's hard to believe it's only 1,000 yen. It wasn't crowded and I thought it was a hidden gem. The seafood bowl also looked delicious, so I would like to try that next time.

All-you-can-drink brown sugar shochu. The progress of the course cooking was quite slow, but the all-you-can-drink sake was served quickly and I could have several cups of brown sugar shochu. I like this kind of service.
