The exterior of the store has an old-fashioned feel, but the interior has been partially renovated and is clean and neat. It's like taking the best of old and new. There is a parking lot across the road, so you won't have any trouble parking your car. When I went there, the only thing you could order was Chusho Mochi. There was strained bean paste on top of the mugwort mochi, and I'm sorry to make a comparison, but it felt like the mochi part of Akafuku mochi had been replaced with mugwort mochi. The red bean paste is very elegant without being too sweet, and you can feel the flavor of the red bean. When you bite into the rice cake, the flavor of mugwort is pleasant. When I had it with the high-quality tea that comes with the set, I was able to enjoy the refreshing sweetness. I feel that everything is understated without being overdone, and maintains a perfect balance. The price is reasonable at 400 yen for a set with tea, and I highly recommend this shop.
