As rumored, the cutlet is big, soft and chewy. The soba noodles are chewy and delicious, and the rhubarb greens are perfect as a snack. When you enter the store, you will need to sanitize your hands and a staff member will take your temperature. Please note that after taking your temperature, you will be asked to wash your hands and disinfect your hands again. The staff are personable and polite, so you can eat with peace of mind.
