Saitama, Japan｜Watsuki

This is a very good shop that I can recommend to friends and colleagues with confidence. The food menu is extensive, including sashimi, salads/pickles, fried foods, and desserts, all of which are delicious. I haven't tried the entire menu, but of the ones I've eaten, the potato salad and minced meat cutlet are the most memorable. There are various types of alcohol available. I mainly drank Japanese sake, but they all have their own unique flavors, so I thought it would be fun to compare them. Both the food and the drinks were very delicious. The inside of the store has a calm atmosphere and is also very clean. It was a very nice restaurant where you could feel the care of the owner and his wife in everything from the food to the drinks to the atmosphere inside. This is a store you'll want to visit again and again.

Delicious food on an elaborate menu! Wappa-meshi called Watsuki-meshi is mixed with Western mustard. The rice is fluffy and delicious. The Ginjo-yaki of Soshu Koshira chicken is delicious and plump, so I recommend it!

All the food was delicious, and they served me a small amount of alcohol, so I had a lot of fun enjoying it.
