A Japanese restaurant from the Bashamichi Group that originated in Saitama. Popular menu items include soba noodles, rice bowls, and set meals. You take off your shoes and enter the shop, which looks like a mansion. Most of the seats are in private rooms, which gives it a very quaint feel. Also, it's cute that the female clerk is wearing a hakama. The clerk at the store is also wearing a hakama. There are some dishes that use high-quality ingredients such as beef, but the main dishes, soba and rice bowls, are not that expensive. The taste is a little above average, not the best, but considering the price, it's very good. The pork pies with a heaping amount of cabbage were very delicious. Later, I tried the miso stewed udon, which was also delicious. The miso is similar to Nagoya's Hatcho miso, but the udon is smooth and Saitama-style, and the soup is sweet and contains pork belly, giving it a flavor similar to Saitama's popular miso-grilled pork. Is delicious. Credit cards could be used for accounting. I visited on a Friday evening, so the store wasn't crowded.
