Sushiro's izakaya business style. It is located 2-3 minutes walk from the east exit of Warabi Station. It seemed like there were a lot of reservations, but we managed to secure a seat. Only in the Sushiro group, they have a wide variety of seafood snacks. The sashimi was fresh and I was happy that it was thick enough to be eaten. Of course, there is regular sushi, but there is also an unusual type of sushi called kiwami sushi that can be enjoyed as a snack with alcohol, and it was very unique and delicious. ``Grilled scallops with sea urchin'', ``broiled shrimp with sea urchin sauce'', ``caviar sushi'', etc. all made me want to add sake. I think this is a highly satisfying izakaya where you can enjoy until the end. Hopefully, they will open more stores in Saitama Prefecture.

This store is located about 3 minutes walk from the east exit of Warabi Station. After all, what sets us apart from other restaurants is the sushi rice. I think other restaurants use rice vinegar, but this one blends black vinegar and balsamic vinegar to go well with alcohol. The ingredients are fresh and delicious♪ The price is not too expensive and it is a reasonable restaurant that you should visit at least once.

I've been wanting to go since it opened, and I finally went. If anything, the original dishes are delicious and interesting. Is the sushi rice red rice? It was delicious.
