The other day, at the enthusiastic recommendation of a friend, I had the opportunity to visit a hidden restaurant. This restaurant is known for its amazing food and service that you wouldn't imagine from the outside. When you open the door of the store with high expectations, you will find yourself in a completely different world. The interior of the store, which was a renovated US military house, was clean and warm with a nostalgic feel. The first thing that caught my eye was the beautifully arranged salad. The color of the fresh vegetables and the perfect balance of the dressing are perfect, and happiness spreads with every bite. Next was the whitebait pizza. There are plenty of fresh whitebait on the thinly rolled dough. When I put it in my mouth, the gentle sea scent of whitebait spread out, and I couldn't help but smile. And the climax is the sashimi platter. Each piece is beautiful, like a work of art, and the taste is indescribable. Other things that were impressive were the rock oysters and the beef tataki. The harmony of the rich flavor of the rock oysters and the delicate flavor of the seared beef captivated my taste buds. While you're enjoying your meal, the owner, a cheerful guy with Afro hair, will occasionally stop by your table and entertain you with explanations of the dishes and short stories. His hospitable customer service made the food even more delicious. When you look around the store, you'll see beautiful blackboard art on the walls. I feel that this kind of attention to detail is what creates the special atmosphere of this store. It was a heartwarming experience that was more than just a meal. The love put into each dish and the warm customer service. All of this comes together to create an unforgettable dining experience. Due to the location, I can't easily go there, but I would like everyone to enjoy this wonderful experience. I am full of such thoughts.

I love it and have been going here for 6 years. Everything Boss makes is exquisite and I love it. We recommend Raw oysters, meat sushi and deep-fried taro, Potato and garlic pizza and avocado salad (>_<) All delicious! ! !
