Ageo, Saitama, Japan｜割烹.活魚料理 龜壽司

This is my first visit to the store on October 21, 2023. There is a fish tank in the store, and they will cook it to your liking. Today we have raw oysters, horse sashimi, and whale sashimi. I received the best chirashi and it was very delicious. Thank you for the meal. Hot pot dishes start from November. We look forward to seeing you.

It looks like I'll have a lot of work to do in Ageo City, so I've been exploring shops while I'm at work. Turtle today. It seems like the fish dishes are good, so I stopped by. It's a family run business, and the father, Segare-san, and mother seem to be very particular about their business. The parking lot is a little far away, but considering it's behind Ageo City Hall, there seem to be 3 spaces, which is nice. The impression I get is that it is clean, and the fish dishes have an elegant taste rather than solid fish. I think it's quite expensive, but it's delicious. I found a pretty good store. If you don't understand something, I think it's a good idea to ask while ordering. Next time I would like to try one hairy crab. It was delicious.

The owner was very friendly and the food was excellent. I went there with two customers on a business trip, but I think the counter seats are sufficient.
