I visited Nobokudokoro Sarakura for lunch on Friday, January 19, 2024. Apparently they are open for lunch on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The structure of the restaurant includes counter seats, table seats, and a small raised area in the back. When I visited, the majority of the customers were men. There was no background music playing inside the store, and a large TV was on. When I took a seat at the counter, I was served hot hojicha and a towel. The friendly and polite customer service from the staff was also good. I had the mixed fries set meal. It comes with rice, miso soup, a small side dish, and pickles for 950 yen including tax. The mixed fry consists of two shrimp, cream croquette, and fried horse mackerel. The accompanying shredded cabbage was topped with Thousand Island dressing. The shrimp has a crispy coating and a plump and chewy flesh, and the cream croquette has a piping hot white sauce coming out from inside. The fried horse mackerel has a nice fluffy body and crispy coating. The rice cooks well and the meal goes well. The pickles were Shibazuke. The small dishes include shiitake mushrooms, fried tofu, daikon radish, taro, meatballs, and other stews. It is cold and soaks up the dashi soup well. The miso soup has plenty of ingredients such as seaweed, tofu, and mitsuba leaves, and the soup stock is good. It was delicious.

It's near the station. All the sashimi and dishes are delicious and plentiful. The alcohol is going well. I will use it again!
