I received the Aoi course. Using seasonal ingredients, it was a course that you could enjoy both visually and olfactory when you opened the lid. The white dressing that came with the appetizer was well strained, so it had a smooth texture. The soup in the bowl was simply seasoned with the aroma of iribai sardines and was really delicious. The mukozuke is befitting the name of Gyosai Motoki, and I felt that they were particular about their purchasing and cooking methods. The friend I went with seemed to like the squid, and the squid was left to rest for 4 days. The chilled bowl was nicely chilled and tasted perfect on a hot day. I liked the pumpkin seasoning. Salt-grilled sweetfish was delicious! I never expected to be able to eat such delicious sweetfish right in front of Urawa Station. I wanted to replace... The conger eel is the oily dish! The head chef prepared a large hamo in front of us. Conger pike that is deftly deboned. It felt good to see it. The deliciousness of freshly cut and fried conger eel. The meal was corn rice. It's simple, but I couldn't stop eating with chopsticks because of its chewy texture. Sweetness is a Japanese confection called Minazuki. It wasn't too sweet and went well with matcha. It was a very satisfying course for both stomach and five senses! Thank you for the meal. I'll come back later.
It's a nice and calm shop. I used it at a girls' night out.
