Saitama, Japan｜Ko Sushi

I went on a national holiday (weekday) they regularly have a lunch menu which seems good value, however it is not available on a non-holiday basis (Monday to Saturday). I ordered Chirashi Sushi, they have 4 varieties, I ordered Matsu (松), next time I will order Toku (特) to make a comparison but I was quite satisfied with my election. They treat me to tea, asari miso soup and watermelon as a service. The place was quite cosy, traditional but doesn't give the old vibe other places do. They have chairs and zabuton seating to choose from. They have 2 parking lots, one in the front and one in the back, but the latter might be troublesome to access since the street is very narrow, only one car can pass at time.

Family run business, with efficient and polite service. The food is exceptional and it has remained our favourite sushi-ya since first we encountered it in 2006. We had our wedding reception here, with a specially created menu catered for by the owners. Over the years, this has always been our go-to place for many special events, birthdays, anniversaries, and reunions. Be sure to find us there ;)

The landlady is very friendly and nice. I ordered my favorite sushi. The offer is slow, but the general is holding it hard, so I don't feel bad at all. Other than the sushi, the snacks were all delicious. I did bottle keeping.
