First, I ordered the live filefish, and after I finished eating the sashimi, I enjoyed it twice in the miso soup! The creative dishes using local vegetables are also great! ! The atmosphere inside the store was warm and very comfortable! ! I was surprised to find such a talented board leader in such a rural area! !

I went for lunch on a public holiday. It was in a residential area and there was no parking lot, so there was an empty hourly parking lot 🅿️ about 100 meters away, so I parked there. As measures against the coronavirus, alcohol disinfection, ventilation, and partitions with vinyl curtains were used, so I felt very safe. For the holiday lunch, we didn't have a daily set meal, but when I was having a hard time choosing, the proprietress was resourceful and made us a ``luxurious set meal of Saikyo pickled fish and tempura.''✨ 🐟️Saikyo-zuke grilled silver cod was very delicious💮 The tempura was lightly fried with fresh wild vegetables such as kogomi and cod sprouts, and it was also delicious. I was very impressed by the large shijimi mushrooms in the miso soup. The customer service is very pleasant, and if I'm ever in the near future, I'd definitely like to visit again (⌒-⌒)

I was looking for a restaurant that seemed to serve squid, my father-in-law's favorite food. I didn't have the time or money to go to Yobuko, and I was hesitant to go to Shinjuku or Yaesu. When I called to make a reservation and talked about "squid", I was told that "squid" may not be available if there is no catch in the morning of the day. There were delicious seafood other than "squid", so I made a reservation and waited for the day. "Squid" in stock! I was so excited that the recording I took was...
