Best place I have ever seen!

It was used to entertain family members. I was very impressed that they responded more than 100% to my request, which I had notified them of in advance. First of all, I ordered sashimi, and I had requested Biwa Masu, but everyone was very satisfied.The grilled sweetfish with roe was very impressive, and even the discerning Niigata people were very happy! ️The sake was Matsuno Tsukasa's Daiginjo Black, and I enjoyed the deep flavor with the aroma bursting in my mouth. I'm very satisfied. I would like to thank all the staff for their consideration.

I was late on my trip, so I hurriedly searched for something near the hotel and went here. It was a hit! It was good to compare the sake of Shiga Prefecture, and the angel shrimp skewers, red tilefish skewers, and salt-grilled sweetfish were delicious. It seems that the skewers change depending on the day. Yuba also came out in the appetizer. The beautiful sister in the kimono in the hall was also kind.
