Yasu, Shiga, Japan｜Robata and Sake Uomaru Yasu

I went on a Thursday, and the store was busy with customers. The sashimi caught this morning, which is directly connected to the fishing port, was fresh and delicious, and I was excited by the beautiful presentation. The popular potato salad had plenty of salmon roe and tobiko's bubble wrap that made it irresistible. The atka mackerel was also meaty and delicious. On the way home, I received a small bag of furikake souvenirs from the shop staff. I was so happy that each message was written one by one. I had a very satisfying time. I would definitely like to go again.

The customer service was good and the food was delicious. You can also drink Japanese sake. I went alone, and they ordered a half-sized salad.

The food and atmosphere are great. The straw-grilled bonito was delicious. They are particular about the salt, and will definitely come back again.
