Konan, Shiga, Japan｜旬味伝笑たけし

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Konan is Shunmi Densho Takeshi. It is a popular restaurant that requires reservations only for those in the know. You can enjoy delicious dishes centered on carefully selected seafood, as well as wine and sake. It's far from my home, so I go there only a few times a year, but it's a restaurant worth going all the way.

When I was researching izakaya in Konan City, I found out that they served sashimi, so I decided to give it a try. Even though it was a weekday, I was surprised to see so many other customers besides me. Also, the store owner and staff were very responsive. I want to go again✨ I took a photo of the food, but I'm so sorry that I couldn't post it due to personal reasons.

Last night, my favorite "Conger Conger and Matsutake Mushroom Small Hot Pot" & "Seared Mackerel" were excellent!!
