During my trip to Hikone, I stopped by in search of a restaurant that served sake and delicious snacks. As the words ``NO SAKE, NO LIFE'' posted in front of the shop say, in addition to Shiga's local sake such as ``Shichibonyari'', we also have conscientious selections of sake from other prefectures such as Kochi's ``Suigei''. It was available at a reasonable price. There are some alcoholic beverages that are not on the menu, so feel free to ask the staff. You can make recommendations according to your preferences. Although Shiga does not face the ocean, the fish at this restaurant is ordered from Shizuoka Prefecture, where the owner used to work, and the Yokowa (young bluefin tuna) sashimi I received was very delicious. You can also have multiple sashimi platters prepared to suit the number of people. This time I was too full to finish off with the dashi chazuke, so I would definitely like to visit again next time I'm in the Hikone area.
