It was located in a quiet location about 5 minutes walk from the north exit of Kofu Station. I made a reservation on a weekday and visited for the first time. The entrance to the store is illuminated by soft light, and a large maple tree at the entrance welcomes you. It's a nice atmosphere. As soon as you enter the store, the glass wine cellar next to the counter catches your eye. We passed through a tatami room with a sunken kotatsu, which also had a nice atmosphere. Not only did the meal menu use local ingredients such as assorted sashimi, assorted wild vegetable tempura, and grilled fava beans, but the local sake and prefecture grape juice were also delicious.
