Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Narada Honten

I had pumpkin hoto and mountain udon tempura. When I entered, there were no customers, so I thought I had made a mistake (it was a weekday), but I'm glad I found this restaurant. I knew in advance that hoto would take a long time, so I ordered the mountain udon tempura. It had a unique taste, but it wasn't too strong so it was delicious! And after about 25 minutes, hotougi nabe was served. Anyway, the soup was so delicious that I drank it all lol. It had a very gentle taste and was really delicious! Thank you for the meal.

This shop is famous for hoto. The noodles are relatively short, which is very helpful when eating hot hoto. The taste is also delicious. The soba is handmade and has a firm texture, and the soup has a wonderful scent of bonito. Please come by all means.

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Yamanashi's local cuisine such as hoto, horse sashimi, wild boar hot pot, and boiled chicken offal. Tempura such as wild vegetables are also crispy. The soba noodles are rustic and delicious. The amount of hoto is not too much and you can eat it even if you order it with other dishes. It's far from Kofu station, but it's good that it's not too touristy. We use it when entertaining guests from outside Yamanashi Prefecture.
