Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Konokaze

I found this place in early April 2023 when I was looking for a nice bar that would be suitable for dinner while traveling alone. The exterior and interior look stylish, and the counter seats didn't feel cramped, so you could eat and drink in a relaxed manner. The menu itself is mostly orthodox, but the quality of each item is very good.The tamagoyaki is fluffy, the chicken tendon is extremely moist, and the grilled fish is extremely fatty. All of the dishes were "just right"! Actually, it was my first time to go to Yamanashi Prefecture, but it was such a great experience that I wanted to visit this restaurant again.

I think the atmosphere is nice and the food is mainly seafood and very delicious.

This shop is located in an alley when you walk a little east from the YBS building from the north exit of Kofu Station. A shop with fresh seafood, Hakata vegetable skewers, and motsu nabe. Kyushu Hakata-like lineup (lol) Everything was delicious. There was a variety of Japanese sake available and it was delicious.
