Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜居酒屋ゆう

When I stayed in Kofu, I went there because the evaluation was high. I ordered sea bream carpaccio and clams steamed in sake because I could eat delicious fish dishes in inland Kofu! Both were super delicious! The owner was also a friendly person and I enjoyed talking with him. When I went there, there were several local regulars, so I thought it was a good shop that was rooted in the local area. When I went to Kofu, it became a shop I wanted to visit again.
