I don't think there is a restaurant in Yamanashi where you can eat as fresh sashimi as this. It's a stylish store that is irresistible for music lovers (especially Japanese rock). Two handsome guys served us, but they were very attentive and made me think that they must have good personalities. I will definitely go again.

The master is from Ine-cho, Kyoto, and the fresh fish he receives from his mother every day is exquisite. In addition, the master's exquisite menu, including fried rice and pasta made with Heshiko, a specialty of Ine Town, is introduced seasonally, so you'll never get tired of it no matter how many times you visit. You can also order takeout.
