Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Yorozuya

When I stayed at a hotel on the north side of Kofu Station for two nights, I stopped by this restaurant and had dinner. I went there based on reviews from other people who said it was a "suspicious but interesting restaurant" and it turned out to be the right decision. The location is near the station, but just one street away from the main street. As others have said, there are many menu items, and there are also interesting items posted on the paper and boards inside the store. We started with the restaurant's favorite gyoza (special deals on Mondays!) and Kofu's specialty stew of chicken giblets, and then ordered the ``deer tataki'' and ``deer steak,'' which caught my attention. It was surprisingly light and delicious. Furthermore, when I ordered the ``wild vegetable tempura'', I was served piping hot, freshly fried, and salty from the beginning, including the bitter fukinotou and the unique texture of the udon. We also had local sake such as Shun no Uten, Daikan, and Tanizakura, which we were very satisfied with. ～～～ The next day, I went out a bit and came back feeling a little tired, so I decided to visit again, wondering if I could do it two days in a row. On this day, I missed the timing to have lunch, so I started with stewed offal (not chicken) and salt-grilled mackerel, followed by ``horse sashimi'' and ``udon with miso dressing.'' Even if I changed the shape, the texture of the udon was irresistible, so I chose "wild vegetable tempura" again, and it was still delicious. The final dish was the wild boar curry, which I had always been interested in. The boar meat had a firm texture and was delicious. ～～～ I visited the restaurant for two days, and every dish was perfect, and I was very satisfied with both the taste and quantity. I would like to visit you again when I go to Kofu.

I was attacked as soon as I entered the store (lol) Even if you google it, there is not much information (lol) The previous guests were excited in the tatami room. Looking at the menu, it seems like they offer a variety of dishes. We started with beer, but everything from the gyoza and shumai set to the boar steak was delicious. The boar steak was a bit tough, but this is good (lol) There was so much that I couldn't reach the end (lol) Next time I would like to go with a large group. Thank you for the meal (lol)

A delicious home-cooked izakaya. This is the best place to feel relieved. And best of all, it's cheap.
