What a lovely experience! For those who don’t speak Japanese the Google reservation tool was super quick and easy to use so we were able to avoid having to use a Japanese reservation site to book dinner. We went for the smallest course set but it was sufficiently filling. Delicious food and great fun to watch the chefs prepare it all at the counter. Definitely recommend adding, for a mere ¥1,000 all you can drink beer / high ball and fruit wines - honestly it doesn’t get better than this. Staff were also very friendly and tried to speak English with us - English menus were also available! We had such an enjoyable night with good food, cheap drinks and great vibes.

Highly recommend! The food was delicious, and served with flair. The vegetables had lovely sauce pairings. The fish was grilled over a straw fire right at the table. The pork was grilled beautifully. Dessert was a unique charcoal caramel pudding that was exquisite - it had some savory notes, while still feeling like a lovely dessert. We sat at the bar, so we had a great view of all the food prep. The staff were great at accommodating my inability to speak Japanese. Definitely try this place out!

Super nice Izakaya restaurant. Since we had no reservation - they offered us a space at the bar. That turned out to be super interesting since we could watch the chefs while enjoying dinner. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this place.
