I visited you for dinner. I had the Hida Beef Mabushi Gozen fillet! The meat was very soft and melted in your mouth 💆‍♀️ Besides that It came with an appetizer, tempura, chawanmushi, sashimi, and warabi mochi, and it was very luxurious and delicious! Came here for lunch on Saturday around 12:00. I visited without a reservation, but it was full and I couldn't get in...I was told that it would be empty around 1:30 pm, so I visited again at that time. There were several other people waiting, so reservations are a must! The overall impression is Full volume, high quality, yet cheap! ! ! I ordered the fillet for Hitsumabushi Gozen, and it cost 5,980 yen! You must be kidding! ? Can you eat Hida beef fillet at this price? ! I was surprised because when I usually eat in Nagoya, it costs around 7,000 to 10,000 yen! You can also choose individual items, and they are all cheap at 2,148 yen for red meat and 3,278 yen for loin meat... Even though it's a gozen meal, lunch starts at 2,178 yen, which is a great deal! Apparently, it is directly managed by the butcher shop next door, so they can offer it at this special price. (There seems to be an affiliated Yakiniku restaurant nearby) The dishes arrive in order starting with the appetizer. Everything was delicious and I was looking forward to the main hitumabushi. The hitsumabushi that arrived was grilled rare, and the meat was glistening and luxurious... When you try it, the meat is soft and melts in your mouth! What is this softness? ! The sweet and salty sauce is exquisite and the rice is smooth! As expected, it's a high-class part, the fin, I was impressed by its softness... The seasoning and grilling are both great! At the end, add dashi soup to make it ochazuke style. The taste is strange, so I'm glad I can eat it refreshingly! It came with appetizers, sashimi, chawanmushi, tempura, and dessert, and was very filling and satisfying! The clerk was also very friendly and had a nice smile. I wish there was a little more explanation of the dishes! Since it's a new menu item, I ordered Tamayura pudding. It seems to be a special pudding that uses high-quality eggs! This is too delicious...! The melting smoothness is the best! Overall, the pudding was sweet enough that I wanted a second helping. I really want you to try this! There's no need to go to Nagoya if you can eat such high quality food at such a low price lol.
