Depending on the restaurant, the kaiseki ryori will be more than you can eat, but this one is just enough to fill you up. The distribution is good and moderate. By the way, if the carbonation of potato shochu was a little stronger, there would be nothing to say, but there are people who like light carbonation (laughs).
