Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Toraemon

We had the omakase course and it had several amazing dishes which consisted of seasonal vegetables and fish. They briefly introduced each dish as they served it, but with my limited Japanese skills, I didn't understand a lot of the important details. I wish they wrote it down somewhere. We brought our baby girl with us and they were very understanding during the times she cried.

I visited for a memorial service dinner. I have visited him for lunch before, and the course I received today was very satisfying. Many of the participants were elderly, but everyone was satisfied with the dishes, which had many gentle flavors. This is a store that I would like to visit regularly from now on.

I had lunch. It was the first time I visited the store, but the location was easy to understand and it was right next to Exit 3 of Fukiage Subway Station. I had a Shokado Bento, and I felt that it was made very carefully. All of them are delicious and the taste of the ingredients is alive. On the sashimi plate, peeled daikon radish was put on, and I got a cool impression. Of course, the sashimi was delicious, but I thought that this is what it means to eat food with your eyes. Shokado Bento seems to have a small bowl or chawanmushi, so I chose chawanmushi. It was delicious with fine chawanmushi. The shrimp tempura was the most delicious, and it was the first time I ate such a delicious shrimp tempura. It was lunchtime on a business trip, so I don't know when the repeat will be, but I would like to visit again.
