For the first time in a long time, I went to Kaisenyama, the shop of Mr. Tatsuo Komatsu, a former ace of the Dragons, a child of speed guns, and right after entering Nishiki 3-chome. There are many rare delicacies such as fast ball nabe, which is a thickened chicken miso nabe from Kanazawa, squid dried without removing the guts like fishermen in Noto, blackthroat seaperch, and horse sashimi from Kumamoto. This time, Mr. Komatsu told me to try Mangan chili peppers because they are sweet. It may be a little pricey because it's Nishiki, but that Mr. Tatsuo Komatsu brought me beer, talked to me, and added value, so it's worth it. If you don't know that, maybe you shouldn't go.
