I visited this store on a trip from Kanto. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the famous Nagoya Cochin with a wide variety of menus including sashimi, teppanyaki, fried chicken, and oyakodon. It was my first time to taste Nagoya Cochin so authentically, but the meat was firm and the texture was firm, and it was very delicious. Since there were 5 of us, we ordered a variety of menu items. I was particularly impressed by the ① Dashi-rolled egg Nagoya Cochin has a deep yellow color, and even when made into a dashimaki egg, the color was vivid. It was freshly made, warm, and had a sweet flavor that went perfectly with the soy sauce. ②Nagoya Cochin Curry Kamameshi I never thought the original taste of kamameshi and curry would go so well together! All the dishes were delicious, but the oyakodon and Nagoya Cochin curry kamameshi were especially exquisite. You can enjoy Nagoya Cochin's moderately firm texture and rich flavor. Curry is also recommended for children. Although it has nothing to do with Nagoya Cochin, the salmon and child kamameshi and the eel kamameshi were also great! !
