I stopped by when I was staying at Business Hotel Komaki. I'm from Toyama, so I didn't think it was sashimi until I came to Aichi, but the owner recommended it, so I had the salmon whale sashimi. The quality was very high, they were particular about the soy sauce and ingredients, and it was very delicious. The owner is very personable and is very particular about the food. The smoked quail we received as a service was also excellent. Considering the location, I think the main customers are locals, but I think it would be better to pay more attention to the menu and advertising.
