I wanted to eat matsutake mushrooms steamed in a clay pot, so I went to Rahue. All the amazing dishes that tickle your five senses. I'm very satisfied.

I love Japanese food, and I often eat it here and there. Nowadays, there are many restaurants that cut and plate high-quality ingredients and serve them, and the rice and dessert at the end are often disappointing, but this restaurant doesn't cut any corners until the very end, and the dishes are carefully prepared. It is rare. What I was particularly impressed with while watching the cooking process was the sight of the chef checking the cooking temperature by touching it with his hands. It's exquisite. It's been a while since I gave it 5 stars. Thank you for the meal.
