This is my first visit to a Japanese restaurant in Takatake (Izumi 3-chome) in 7 months. Before I knew it, it had become one of the top 100 Tabelog restaurants in 2023. congratulations! There is an L-shaped counter immediately after entering the entrance, and there are table seats in the back. I always eat at the counter because I like counters. There are courses available, but I ordered various things a la carte. Everything is fresh and delicious ♡ ■Migratory crab It wasn't on the menu, but they peeled it for me after ordering. Full of Uchiko, perfect for sake♡ It's the best ate! ■Dogfish dried overnight ■Homemade whale bacon ■Nori sesame vinegar It has plenty of seaweed and a nice sesame flavor. □Draft beer □Sake Hyakuharu □Sake Hakkaisan □Sake Kariho □Shochu Nakamaka The owner is in the kitchen and the hostess is in the hall, making it a very nice atmosphere. A small Japanese restaurant. Google shows it as an izakaya, but courses start at 8,000 yen, so it's more of a solid Japanese meal. I ordered the 10,000 yen course, and the ingredients were delicious, with so-called high-class ingredients such as abalone and puffer fish, all made with extra care. The taste is not too strong, but the secret ingredient is tangy, and it feels like it has been devised. I know it's popular. I made a reservation and was very satisfied.
