I received [Bonito sauce tataki] I was told that you can put it in a tare sauce and add salt, or you can put it in a salt tataki and add sauce. Then you can eat it in 2 different ways. I didn't know that trick. I see, then I'd like some extra salt for the tare tataki... After about 10 minutes of waiting, the freshly cooked rice and tataki arrived. Mix the rice together, cover it, and enjoy the steamed rice and seared rice in an hourglass for 2 minutes. [I also like the miso soup here] I don't like red and white miso soup, even if it's in a small restaurant, but I like this one.
