If you take the train, Yoshikawa Park is the closest. Located about 5 minutes away. It's a restaurant building that's kind of hard to get into, and from the outside it looks like it might be open, but there's a menu in front of the elevator, so I know it's open, so I get on the elevator. Immediately after getting off the train, the store will be on your right. It was supposed to be at the same time as the store opened, but there were already two customers. Maybe it was opened a while ago. There are 4 seats at the counter and about 7 to 8 tables including the tatami room, making it surprisingly spacious from the outside. It looks like they can hold a fairly large party, but the restaurant is run by two people, a man and a woman who appear to be a married couple. The owner seems quiet and doesn't even say ``welcome'', but if you look closely, he might be a very attentive person, like if he can't keep up with serving the food, he'll do it himself or take the menu for you. There are about 5 types of lunch menu. All of them are under 950 yen, which is incredibly reasonable at this time of year. I had a large serving of the marked ``Seafood Bowl'' (950 yen including tax). By the way, the service is excellent, with large servings, free refills, and free refills of miso soup. Arrived in about 10 minutes. The visuals are amazing, with plenty of rice and sashimi served in a rather large bowl. I came here because I wanted to eat Chiba cuisine! I ordered a seafood bowl and sangayaki! It was so delicious! Sanga-yaki is a little salty, so I think it's delicious when served with sake or in ochazuke.
