This time, I decided to take a bit of a leap of faith and made a reservation for eel jus in advance for my family of four. Charcoal-grilled raw eel is definitely delicious! The sauce had just the right taste and doubled my appetite! I also had a yakitori platter and enjoyed a satisfying dinner. I will repeat it again! Thank you for the meal.
