Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan｜Kimassi Minamiyawata

First meal in Hachiman with friends after a long time. I've never eaten rice around here, but I wanted to eat fish and sashimi, so I went here. Fresh fish delivered directly from Noto Local sake and filefish I think there is only so much to say. Filefish liver dressing was delicious. I wanted to eat more. This is definitely one dish you should try. I didn't take many pictures because I was eating, drinking, and chatting. I ate other sashimi, but all of them were delicious, and they were just the right size and thickness. I thought I found a good shop.

The specialty is filefish with liver attached, and since it's shipped directly from Noto, they also carry sake from Ishikawa. We also have izakaya menu items such as yakitori.

The filefish sashimi was exquisite. The sashimi platter was also very delicious, with no frozen tuna, but turban shells and octopus. I will go again.
