Ichikawa, Chiba, Japan｜Marumiya

It was introduced in the Ichikawa City group on Facebook, so I stopped by right away. First, I ordered Yuki no Mesha, a sake from Yurihonjo City. You can also order from your smartphone. The appetizer is seafood dressed with chives and grated whitebait simmered in Japanese pepper. The sashimi platter was amberjack and aori squid. Then I ordered the grilled raw sandfish. I had a baby and my eggs were plump. I got excited and ordered three types to compare. Kaoranman, Yamamoto Doshin, and Inami, but I prefer Kaoranman. I additionally ordered plum crystal and gibasa. Plum crystal is a mixture of whale cartilage and plum, and Gibasa is a mozuku-like seaweed. The owner explained it to me in detail. All were very delicious. Everyone's hospitality was wonderful and I would like to come again.

Akita cuisine restaurant. We had rice shochu from Yuzawa and delicious food. The sashimi, charcoal grill, and rice balls were delicious. Next time I'll go eat Kiritanpo hotpot.

A calm shop near the station. You can also enjoy creative dishes centered around Akita cuisine. The variety of sashimi is abundant and you will never get tired of it. The sake is mainly from Akita, and it is stored cold, so you can rest assured.
