More Comments at Google MapA soba restaurant located on the outskirts of the residential area of Yukarigaoka, facing the old Kotake road. If you order a set of authentic soba noodles that show the owner's commitment, you will receive a side dish, salad, and dessert. It has the flavor of soba and is chewy and very delicious.
I happened to drive from the nearby Lavender Land and entered the store with my wife. The buckwheat was fragrant, and it was delicious with a texture unique to thinly sliced noodles. It was right after the store opened, so I was impressed that the sobayu was made with buckwheat flour. And best of all, it's affordable. The soba soup is unusually sweet in the Kanto region. It wasn't too strong, so I could enjoy the scent of soba. And add homemade muscat rice cake for dessert. I found this wonderful store by accident.
I received Healthy Lunch A (Soba + Soba Tofu + Salad + Sweet)! When I stopped eating because the sweet yokan was too sweet, he honestly apologized and said, ``Is it too sweet? I'm sorry! I was responding to the customer's request, but it turned out to be too sweet, so it's difficult.'' It was a delicious soba that made me think that the soba was made with great care.
