I also had the scallops and small skin, and they all brought out the umami to the ultimate level, with just the right amount of pleasant waves of flavor. I met a sushi restaurant with a wonderful history. It is "Wakana" whose signboard of a big teacup is a landmark. It is also appreciated that the parking lot is fully equipped. When I entered the store, I was greeted by a friendly general. The old-fashioned sushi restaurant is calming, and the distance with the general is close, so you can talk about various things, so it's good. This time, I had top nigiri and red meat, green onion rolls, and scallops. A little Japanese sake. The freshness is outstanding and the crispness is also good. I thought I was able to meet such delicious sushi after a long time. Sushi with red soup stock and dark green tea is the best! I want to go again! It was a wonderful sushi restaurant that I thought from the bottom of my heart. I really liked the medium toro and green onion toro with a thick texture that I like. The price is also reasonable, so I would like to feel free to stop by again. It was a feast.
