It's not a yakitori restaurant, it's a grilled offal restaurant. So, the main meat is organ meat. It's located in a narrow alley, so you'll have to walk or bike to get there, but whatever you eat, it's delicious. Two choices: salt or sauce. The seasoned sauce jar creates a nice atmosphere. Although there aren't many types, they have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, so you won't get bored.

It's been 20 years since I started visiting Sawara, but if I hadn't been introduced to this famous back alley restaurant by a local friend, I would never have known about it. A variety of grilled offal dipped in a secret sauce. After all, it's cheap! The 120 yen pancake is one of the best. This alone is worth coming to eat!

Well, it's nice here. The sweet was definitely delicious.
