More Comments at Google MapI thoroughly enjoyed Kuwana's clams. The grilled clams are plump and chewy, and go well with the dashi soup! Very soft, firm texture and softness. It had a gentle taste along with the clam soup. The simmered food is well seasoned and has a soft and chewy texture. Clam for soup and chawanmushi! I thought it was delicious and had a good amount of clam stock. I had a hard time choosing between zosui or ochazuke, but I recommend this zosui!
Lunch in a private room! Perhaps because it's steamed over charcoal, the clams also have a smoked aroma. The chawanmushi, soup, and simmered dishes were all delicious. I chose ochazuke for rice, but next time I would like to try zosui. The amount is about 80% full and may not be enough for men.
I had a meal for lunch. The grilled clams were large and delicious. Both the chawanmushi and rice porridge contained large clams. On the internet, some people wrote that the taste was bland and the clams were small, but that was not the case at all. As a Kansai person, I don't think the taste is bland. I thought it was very delicious. When I made an online reservation, I was seated at a table, but it was nice to be able to relax in a separate room like a private room.
