After enjoying the two dishes, the eel on rice will be ready. From the counter, you can see the entire cooking process, from steaming to grilling and dipping in sauce. The appearance of the eel on rice is glossy and very beautiful. It has a fragrant aroma, and it feels soft and soft. I was a little worried about the rice. It was so fluffy that it fell apart when I ate the rice. But the rice tasted good. The cucumber and radish pickles were crunchy, light and delicious, and the liver soup was delicious.
